Who we are

INFINITY27 ("we") is a UK game studio and Unreal Authorised Training Centre, and the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at admin@infinity27.com or +44 (0) 7875 442 172.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the programme you're interested in, and anything you write in your message. That's all — we ask for standard contact details only, and our systems are built to reject anything more sensitive at the door.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your dark/light display preference.

Why and on what basis

We use your enquiry details to respond to you about the programme or service you asked about. The lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the form — you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

Where it lives and how long

Enquiries are stored in our own CRM, hosted in the UK/EU, with access restricted to INFINITY27 staff. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for, after which they are deleted under our retention process.

Sharing

We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. If your enquiry relates to a government-funded Skills Bootcamp, we may need to confirm eligibility details with the relevant funding body or delivery partner — we'll tell you before that happens.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email admin@infinity27.com and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
